Tenant Referral Reward Program

We value our tenants, and we’ve found that this is a two–way street. They’re actively referring us to their friends, and we’d like to encourage you to do so as well. Referrals are one of our best resources, as good tenants normally know others who will be good tenants as well.

If you refer someone who signs a lease for one of our rental properties, we’ll provide you with a rent credit of $100 for a six month lease or $200 for a one year lease. You’ll get a certificate to include with your next month’s rent and can deduct the amount of the reward.
